Katrina Christakis explores judicial perspectives on class certification, discovery, dispositive motions, arbitration motions, settlement, bankruptcy and evidentiary issues in consumer finance litigation at the spring meeting of the ABA Business Law Section. Joining her on the panel are Deanell Tacha, Dean of Pepperdine University Law School and former judge of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge Leslie Kobayashi of the District of Hawaii, Chief Judge Elizabeth Magner of the Eastern District of Louisiana Bankruptcy Court, Judge Lee Yeakel of the Western District of Texas, and Judge Richard Schmidt of the Southern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court.
