Olivia Lawless
Associate
Liv has extensive experience representing clients in antitrust, securities and consumer fraud class actions. She’s adept at drafting and arguing motions, conducting written and oral discovery, negotiating settlements, and getting results. Before becoming a litigator, she prepared comment letters addressing SEC and CFTC guidelines and composed memoranda on ESG-related regulations.
Having grown up in Denver, it’s no surprise Liv is a huge Nuggets fan. She also enjoys playing kickball, immersing herself in the pages of a new thriller, and just chilling with her dog. She’s inspired by her parents and the words of Hunter S. Thompson: “Anything worth doing is worth doing well.”
