Margaret Hayes
Associate

Margaret is a seasoned litigator who has handled a wide range of complex cases in state and federal courts, both as in-house and outside counsel. Her experience encompasses all aspects of civil litigation and includes assisting clients with internal investigations and compliance issues, handling mediations and arbitrations, arguing dispositive and evidentiary motions, and conducting trials.
When she’s not practicing law, you can find Margaret teaching fitness classes, attending live music, or curating playlists. She’s an early riser who loves to work out and take walks along the lake. Her personal credo is inspired by the words of Maya Angelou: “We are only as blind as we want to be.”
