Tyler Hamilton

Associate

Tyler has extensive experience representing the financial services industry in state and federal courts around the country. He’s handled all aspects of litigation—from pre-suit investigations through trial and appeal—and recently second chaired a federal jury trial where he obtained a complete defense verdict on behalf of his client. Tyler also regularly advises clients on compliance, risk management and outside audits.

Games are an integral part of Tyler’s life. He likes to start his day with a cup of coffee and a crossword puzzle and end it with a pint and a board game with friends; he’s a professional dodgeball player who’s been criss-crossing the country for the last ten years to compete in tournaments; he wrote a law review article about digital loot boxes; and he loves watching the Bulls play live.
