Kevin is an experienced class action litigator representing a variety of financial services clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. He’s handled numerous appeals, arbitrations, and dispositive motions, and is familiar with all aspects of litigation.
The son of Chinese immigrants, Kevin grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, and to this day remains tremendously inspired by his parents’ tenacity and perseverance. For as long as he can remember, Kevin has had a love of consumer electronics; he regularly builds and tinkers with computers, and can talk endlessly about developments in consumer technology.
