Nate has substantial experience representing clients in a wide range of complex matters in state and federal courts. His practice spans all phases of litigation, including internal investigations and compliance counseling, drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions, managing written and oral discovery, handling mediations and arbitrations, and guiding cases to efficient resolution.

Clients appreciate his thoughtful analysis, steady judgment, and ability to distill complex issues into clear, strategic recommendations.

Nate spent his youth in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, where he learned to play the trumpet, operate a steamboat, and root for the Bills (though the latter has mostly been a lesson in coping with severe disappointment). Long before he became a lawyer, he dreamed of acting and broadcast journalism, interests that now contribute to his engaging advocacy style.

He credits his parents with instilling his positive outlook, tenacious work ethic, and intrepid spirit.

At the top of Nate’s bucket list is achieving fluency in another language.

Nate mastered the art of mopping and bowline knots

He discovered reality TV during the pandemic
and is now a huge fan of Survivor.
