Nick’s litigation experience spans a wide range of industries—academia, sports, insurance, technology, and financial services. He has prosecuted and defended cases involving data privacy, antitrust, contract claims, business torts, media issues, and consumer protection statutes, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how complex disputes evolve from start to finish.

In his work with financial institutions, Nick focuses on helping clients untangle difficult legal and regulatory issues and develop strategies that are both efficient and effective. Clients value his thoughtful judgment, attention to detail, and straightforward communication style.

Like his idol Muhammad Ali, Nick doesn’t count the days; he makes the days count. He finds inspiration in anyone and everyone and embraces the fullness of life in whatever he tackles—whether it’s reading biographies, boxing, performing comedy, or advocating on behalf of his clients.

Education

University of Chicago Law School, J.D. (2019)
Arizona State University, B.F.A., magna cum laude (2015)

In high school while working at a “haunted house” in the Arizona desert, he was promised a promotion if he could scare director Rob Zombie.

After years of boxing, he’s developed a pretty mean left hook and a cross.

Nick is not ashamed to admit he loves watching bad reality TV shows like “90 Day Fiancé” and “Love is Blind.”
