Amy Jonker

Senior Counsel

Amy is a seasoned litigator who has delivered numerous successful outcomes for the consumer financial services industry in state, federal, and appellate courts across the country. In addition to defending clients in individual and class action cases, she frequently counsels them on regulatory compliance, risk management, and government audits.
